The support team can see what the technician sees via high-definition live video from the smart glasses. The support agent, in turn, can project step-by-step instructions and distribute technical bulletins and schematic drawings onto the display inside the technician's glasses. A hands-free, interactive experience allowing the support agent or the technician to take screenshots, video, or annotate images for better visibility. The session is captured for data analysis, creating opportunities and insights that may benefit product improvements, warranty claims or updating the technician training and skills development programs.
